Our Operator will transfer you to our on duty technician who’ll
discuss your problem with you and immediately login to your
computer via the internet to fix it. In peak times, if all our
techs are in the field, the next tech available will call you
to set up the remote login – this is usually within the
hour – within 2 hours guaranteed.

He will provide you with a unique login number…
Enter the code to initiate the screen-sharing session.
3. You will be prompted to download
a small virus-free plug-in.
It's SAFE and SECURE.

With your permission...
Your computer technician can view your screen and share control
of your mouse and keyboard and get to work while you watch.
Note: You are in full control of your computer at all
times.
You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard,
and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. |

if the problem isn't fixed? No fix / no
pay
If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, there is no charge
for the remote login and you have the option to call Our Operator
who’ll schedule the technician to come to your premises
to resolve the issue. Our minimum charge for on site service
is $130 (which covers you for an hour). |
